We’re looking for someone who has outstanding communication and customer service skills to work alongside our staff as the Assistant Front-Of-House Manager. You’ll be in charge of overseeing restaurant operations during your shifts, which includes confirming daily staff schedules and distributing assignments to restaurant employees. As a Shift Manager, you’ll also be responsible for greeting and serving customers, dealing with client complaints, and assuring compliance with all food and beverage safety rules. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and train restaurant staff in shifts to ensure compliance and boost productivity levels
  • Delegate activities to employees and make sure they are executed efficiently and successfully
  • Educate the staff on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and standards for restaurant cleanliness
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Keep track of inventory and make sure every area is fully stocked
  • Cover the duties of crew members who are unable to work their shifts, including all front and back-of-house positions

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
  • Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous food service experience with the ability to perform multiple jobs in the restaurant
  • Flexible schedule, including availability at night and on weekends
  • Previous management or relevant supervisory experience is required
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, are strongly desired

Compensation
$48,500 - $55,000 per year
