The Hotel Topeka at City Center is hiring a Restaurant/Bar Supervisor.
Responsibilities
The Restaurant Supervisor ensures a superior guest experience by efficiently supervising restaurant operations while maximizing hotel profitability.
- Principles and processes for providing customer service including needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Advanced knowledge of Point of Sale systems
- Food and beverage products, preparation, handling and service techniques and other food and beverage standard operating procedures
- Health codes, food sanitation and safety practices
- Ability to meet quality standards for service and cleanliness
- Make decisions guided by SOPs
- Analyze activities and information to arrive at logical conclusions and recommendations
- Communicate clearly and concisely
- Adapt to constantly changing situations to ensure quality service to all guests
- Successfully lead and motivate staff
- Work varying schedules to reflect business needs of the hotel, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant supervising position.
- Upbeat personality.
- Guest-oriented approach.
