Are you a motivated food service industry professional looking for a new supervisory position? You could be the ideal candidate for our next shift manager position at our quick service restaurant. This position is in charge of scheduling employees, assigning tasks to them, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that all food and beverage safety regulations are followed. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that our customers receive food and beverages as quickly as possible. You should have prior experience working in a fast food or quick service restaurant, as well as excellent organizational skills and some supervisory experience. • Train the crew on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and cleaning requirements
• Respond to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and polite manner
• Arrange for the coverage of responsibilities for staff who can’t work their shift
• Keep track of inventory and make sure every area is fully stocked by ordering supplies and coordinating product deliveries
• Take care of all aspects of staffing, such as monitoring, scheduling shifts, and training people to improve compliance and output.

• Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must have previous experience in food service and the ability to perform various roles of restaurant crew, preferably in fast food or quick service
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Must have prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role
