Rob Levine & Associates
The Resource Coordinator will serve as the liaison between our Media Partner and Rob Levine organizations. They will manage client expectations by communicating ticket progress, reviewing the ticketing system for outstanding items, and solving problems between organizations. In addition, the Resource Coordinator will ensure clients are onboarded timely, being the point of contact between multiple companies and our Vendor for onboarding meetings.
- Traffic coordinator for the ticketing system for multiple companies
- Determine priority and escalate as needed
- Follow up on high-priority tickets to ensure timely delivery
- Track delivery dates and update the executive team and Directors obtaining approval for date changes
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior managerial and diplomacy skills
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
