The Rehab department is in need of a Punch-Out contractor who will work with the Project Manager to quickly and efficiently repair homes as needed.

The ideal candidate needs experience in all areas related to plumbing, drywall repair, touch up paint, trim, etc. 

Candidates must be willing to drive to work sites from Hamilton to Butler Counties.

• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries as needed.
• Prioritize and multitask.
• Take initiative and be held accountable.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Communication is a must.

• Basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and drywall repair knowledge.
• 2-3 years of experience in Residential Construction.
• Possess tools necessary to complete repairs and installations.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Teamwork is a priority. Must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed, in addition to working evening and occasional weekend hours.
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Pass a background check.
• Must possess a mobile phone with internet access.
