- Assist in managing, scheduling, and motivating personnel in a fast-paced environment.
- Streamline and adhere to processes, using procedures to improve operations.
- Ensure quality and Completion of a developed Scope of Work and Budget by property
- Prior experience in residential construction & trades.
- Computer skills (databases, MS Office, etc) a MUST for training and keeping databases current
- Coachable and have a great attitude
- Must have own tools and transportation.
