• 1-3 years of Residential Real Estate experience preferred.
• Must have active KS and/or MO Real Estate License.
• Exceedingly motivated to learn, listen and share best practices with Team.
• Ability to work independently, both in the field and from the brokerage office.
• Highly professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely dedicated to your craft with a superior work ethic.
• Looking for a long-term, successful career in Real Estate and willing to put in the time and hard work to make it happen.
• Comfortable with working within Online Lead and CRM systems. Training provided.
