Residential Real Estate Sales Agent (Robert Mack Group)
RMG is looking for 3 new sales partners. Our ideal candidates are already licensed and ready to hit the ground running. Licensees with 1-3 years experience in real estate sales are a plus but not required.
This isn’t easy, but you will have EVERY tool at your disposal, including constant mentoring from the team and professional coaches, goal planning, proven systems and processes to keep you focused on your highest and best use of time, admin support, and numbers tracking to keep you accountable to your goals. If you’re willing to sponge up everything and execute, your success is inevitable. This is a 100% commission gig. The smarter and harder you work, the more you absorb, the better you will do. Your income is based on your output and you get paid through commissions and experience. We don't just give you fish, we teach you how to fish.

In 2006 I became a licensed real estate salesperson. Back then joining a team to learn from them wasn't in the cards. Teams weren't a thing back then. To say that I had no idea what I was getting into would be an understatement. I thought I’d sell a few homes, make enough money to pay my bills, and call it a day. Never in my wildest dreams did I think, what I was getting into would turn into a real-life business, with structure, systems, admin support, amazing teammates, vendors, so on and so forth!
Real estate has so many moving parts, it’s impossible for one person to do it all the right way, and even if then, without help, it’s unlikely to build a profitable business without working yourself into the ground. Fast forward 15 years and the Robert Mack Group is up and running and we’re looking for help.
Currently, we are a team of 5. Myself, Kristy, our operations manager who is the glue that holds our team together, Ryan and Christian who are fantastic sales partners, and our remote transaction manager, Anne, make sure every client we help successfully closes! We are a family, and together, we help every client we meet to improve their quality of life through the services we have to offer.
During my time as an agent, I’ve learned so much and I want to pass that down to like-minded, hungry, and committed professionals to help them accelerate their success by learning from the mistakes I’ve already made. I know how hard it is to build a real estate business and I know how hard it is to do it on your own, so I’m offering a win-win situation to 3 committed individuals.
I got my real estate license in 2006. I learned very quickly that real estate has a lot of moving parts and without help, it's nearly impossible for one person to be great and help clients at a high level. In 2014, I decided to find help and within 3 years went from a solo, overworked and tired agent selling 10-13 homes per year (with no life), to having a team of 5 on pace to close 80+ transactions in 2021, with a goal of helping over 100 families in 2022. I learned that a team will always outperform an individual, and with the right people and right culture, we could focus on serving our clients without feeling overworked, or even worse, a prisoner of the business. The ultimate goal is to create a team of like-minded, driven individuals, who work together as a team to have fun, help a lot of families with their real estate needs, and live a life worth living.
