We have an immediate opening for a full-time photographer, videographer, and content creator to shoot the homes and other marketing content. • Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients
• Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites
• Advise real estate agents and homeowners on staging during the photo shoot to help ensure the best visual results
• Edit and manipulate photos to produce high quality results
• Photograph and/or video properties for online and print marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly
• Help in the creation of website and all social media content to highlight agency’s professionalism and properties

• Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Real estate photography experience a plus, but we will train the right person
• Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects

• Social media skills are a huge plus
• Photo and video editing skills of professional quality
• Must demonstrate the ability to produce creative and engaging content
