The ideal property manager must be able to manage a portfolio of properties and possess strong leadership and customer service skills in dealing with residents, property owners, and vendors. This position will be responsible for enforcing regulations, maintenance coordination, resident & owner relations, overseeing financial matters, and property marketing.

This position requires someone who has strong computer skills, is able to take initiative, is well organized, detail-oriented, and able to connect with people easily. Prior experience in property management is a bonus.

• Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases
• Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
• Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions
• Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards
• Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes
• Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly
• Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals

• Prospecting / contacting property investors and selling our property management services
• Nuture and maintain relationships with Owner clients

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
• Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service

• Strong communication skills and ability to be articulate
• A very strong moral and ethical foundation - integrity
• High degree of self-confidence tempered by humility
