We are seeking a top-performing individual to manage a portfolio of residential properties including single-family, townhouses, and condos. The Property Manager will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of the property including all owner/tenant communications, scheduling maintenance, inspections, and property accounting.

• Fully accountable for all day to day operations of the portfolio
• Able to maintain excellent landlord/tenant relations
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs
• Coordinating and scheduling with tenants/vendors
• Lease management and process renewals
• Conducting move-in, move-out, and property inspections
• Other duties as outlined by management
• Make recommendations for physical repairs, replacements, and/or improvements
• Identify hazards and potential liabilities

• Minimum 2-3 years of residential property management experience
• Service-oriented personality
• Excellent time management skills
• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills
• Professional, organized with attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task/prioritize and meet firm deadlines
• Knowledge of computers and working with Property Management Software in addition to Word and Excel
• Full knowledge of relevant local, state, federal regulations and Fair Housing mandates
• Real estate license a plus
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• This position is full-time and, at times, requires being ‘on-call’ outside of business hours
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to help solve problems involving residents, equipment failure, and emergency situations
• A high school diploma is required, college degree is preferred
