Beach Loop Realty is looking for an experienced Property Management Leasing professional to join our rapidly growing real estate office located in Bandon, Oregon. We are searching for a capable individual with strong computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the successful candidate must have access to reliable transportation as there may be occasional visits to properties on short notice. Background checks and drug testing will be conducted prior to hiring.

The successful candidate will be cross-trained in both property management functions and leasing coordinator duties, which include rent management, bill pay, maintenance coordination for rental properties, handling phones, assisting top-producing real estate agents with various tasks related to their business, and other administrative duties as required. This position is 35 hours per week Monday through Friday with paid holiday, paid time off (PTO), and IRA contributions available.

• Assisting in the management of tenant & owner property management accounts
• Typing Leases & Notices
• Documenting history notes with vendors, owners, and tenants
• Rental home inspections
• Email, phone & text communications with tenants, owners and vendors
• Showing rental homes
• Handling of rent collections, delinquencies & bank deposits
• Coordinating maintenance of rental homes
• Monthly Owner Statements; owner draws and a monthly accounting report to individual owners
