• Appear at in-person or online training, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
• Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
• Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
• Help the company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
• Confidently present the company and products in-home to homeowners
• Follow up with previous homeowners and continually try to win their business
• Clear communication with homeowners throughout the entirety of their projects
• Close out each project with homeowners and ask for reviews and referrals

• Applicants should have 3-5 years of construction experience for this role
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
