Local Property Management Company searching for a qualified Maintenance Technician. We manage hundreds of units throughout Indianapolis, mostly in Center Township. We are looking for a qualified maintenance technician who can perform all types of residential repair issues. We do not do quick fix, we do it right!

Compensation: $15 - $21 per hour to start plus mileage increases as deserved.

  • Fixing leaking sinks and running toilets 
  • Repair hot water heaters 
  • Tub/shower repair
  • Replace manifolds
  • Drain backups: stopped up toilets and drains
  • Light fixtures, grounding outlets, install GFIs
Drywall and Painting:
  • Patch holes and painting
  • Replace door knobs, adjust doors and windows 
  • Replace subfloor 
  • Change out locks 
  • Install weather strip and caulk
  • Install Smoke detectors
  • Minor trouble shooting, replacing thermostats, replacing furnace filters
  • Basic trimming, weeding and yard clean up as needed due to BOH violations

  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Section 8 knowledge helpful but not required
  • MUST have truck or van 
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Cell phone 
  • Email 
  • Pass a complete background search
  • Be able to make decisions and think out side the box 

You should have tools beyond what an average homeowner would have if this is your profession and not just a job. Be prepared to show them at your interview.
