The Arc of Palm Beach County is seeking a Residential Habilitation Coach to join the team providing care and support to Adults with Developmental Disabilities in a group home setting. This position allows you the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of the clients and work with a team to provide quality services to an individual’s journey in achieving personal milestones.

- The Residential Habilitation Coach will provide care and support to Adults with Developmental Disabilities in a group home setting.
- This position allows you the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of the clients and work with a team to provide quality services to an individual’s journey in achieving personal milestones.
- Ability to work varying shifts from 9 to 12 hours.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one (1) year of experience working in a medical, psychiatric, nursing, or childcare setting or working with persons who have a developmental disability experience is required.
- Must possess and maintain a current Florida Driver’s License and state minimum requirements for auto insurance.
