The Project Manager will work on all of the companies rehab projects. This is a position that needs to be looked at as running their own department. They will handle hiring and working with all the general contractors, subcontractors, invoices, scope of work, budgeting and any other task that is applicable to this role.

This is a full time position and offers $50,000 per year plus bonus.

Responsibilities

What we are not looking for is someone who is a tradesman and has managed his own team or company within that specific trade OR someone who thinks they would be good at being a project manager.

This person has the ability to "run their own business". They can work this area and grow it within our company. We are looking for someone who is professional, diligent, aggressive, and knows how to get work done. If you feel like you are this person then let's talk!

Qualifications

  • Significant experience as a project manager in residential construction.
  • Has worked with a lot of volume, has managed several projects at one time.
  • Worked in the Central Alabama market.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to coordinate scheduling.
  • Ability to meet goals, deadlines and production level.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Easy to work with.
  • Knows how to do budgeting and perform a quality scope of work.
  • Previous experience with/for a homebuilder or a rehab company.

Compensation
$50,000 / yr
