Responsibilities

10 Point Job Description:

  • Convert buyers and sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our benefits demonstration
  • Complete VIP buyer/listing “paperwork” electronically and submit it to your admin
  • Show buyer properties
  • Communicate with sellers weekly
  • Submit offers weighted in buyer’s/sellers favor 
  • Negotiate/submit offers to sellers
  • Negotiate best price and terms
  • Negotiate home inspections/due diligence issues
  • Review CD with buyer/seller client
  • Attend closing and repeat

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License required
  • 4 year College Degree in Business/Real Estate preferred
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career

Compensation
$115,000+ at plan, commission
