You’ll keep our clients impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. • Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Complete regularly scheduled maintenance duties like cleaning windows, shampooing carpets, supplying restrooms, changing light bulbs, and performing minor repairs
• Perform daily janitorial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash
• Secure building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs

• Excellent stamina and physical health
• At least 1 years of experience in janitorial services
• Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
• Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite

We are a residential and rental cleaning company serving Sarasota/Bradenton area. We do residential and rental units from the North Port to the Bradenton area. The majority of our homes is in the Sarasota area.
