We are looking for an outstanding individual who will oversee the day to day operations of Platinum Resort, an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Georgetown, TX. The Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating activities of resident care, sales, maintenance, activities and dining services departments. Additionally, the position will support our Caretaker Staff by providing training, education and strategic coaching for each new hire.


The position of Operations Manager is a front-line leadership role within a residential care setting. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including recruiting and managing staff teams, managing budgets and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets our care standards.

In this role, you will select, build, coach and supervise a team of passionate, engaging and high quality Caretakers who are responsible for providing the Assisted Daily Living Services (ADL's) to our residents. Through your leadership, you will hold the team accountable for meeting all mission, quality, safety and other performance standards. 

You will also develop, monitor, and adjust work schedules to ensure adequate staffing to meet our service standards and budget, conduct routine rounds of the community, participate in initial and ongoing resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition, assist in the development of the Resident Services Plan, participate in regular resident and family meetings, and help conduct new hire training and monthly in-service trainings. This is a critical role within our leadership team, and allows for the opportunity to create a dramatic and positive impact on our residents' ability to live an active, vibrant life! 


The Operations Manager we select must possess a sincere passion for working with seniors, as well as have demonstrated success in a leadership role within a senior living community including exceeding financial and operational goals.

Other requirements for the Operations Manager include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with budgeting and scheduling
  • Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations role for Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Skilled Nursing Facility or Memory Care community is highly preferred.
$4,000 - $6,000 Monthly
