We’re looking for a few listing partners in different parts of the country to work with our team to work REO listings that would be provided to you. We have contracted with an asset manager to list REO properties throughout the US that need a listing partner to list the properties and follow through to closing.

We are interviewing new and experienced Real Estate Sales Agents and Brokers who share the same work ethic and philosophy to join us. This could be a great addition to your current real estate career.

Please note that this is not a salaried position.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing and participating in the REO listing operations in your area and will have coaching and training and resources for the program. Experience is helpful, but not necessary. If you’re a driven communicator who loves to help others succeed, we would like to speak with you.

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 at commission plan. This is not a salaried position, although there are 3 income streams.

• Be sure that state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all agents

You will work closely with the BWB Team as a Listing Partner for REO properties that are part of our organization. This can be done in tandem with your current real estate career. You will be required join the BWB team.

Any buyer leads generated from properties go to you.

As an integral part of the BWB Team, you will go through training and duties including all necessary listing procedures and fiduciary responsibilities as mandated by the state and federal government along with the following as needed:

• Property inspections
• Overseeing any work done on the property
• Sign Installation
• Lockbox Installation
• Taking photos
• Arrange for showings
• Accepting Offers
• Report of property condition
• Rehab overseeing as needed
• All buyer leads go to you

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Superb customer service and communication skills
• Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage
• Ability to work on a team, and be coachable
