Rental Customer Service Coordinator  - San Marcos, CA

These vehicles are popping up everywhere, including on public and private streets. According to nearly every major media outlet, economic analysts all agree that electric vehicles are playing an increasingly major role in the future of sustainability for both the consumer and businesses, and it’s only getting started!

As a Rental Coordinator, you will be ensuring exceptional customer service. Some of our customers include colleges and universities, K-12 schools, military bases, local and state municipalities, amusement parks, hotels & resorts, golf courses, stadiums, apartment facilities, shopping malls, manufacturers & distribution warehouses to name a few, as well as our internal customers (our employees and departments.) This position is based out of our Corporate Office in San Marcos, CA.

The hourly rate will start at $16 - $18, based on experience Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

As a Rental Coordinator, you will be tasked with duties, including:

  • All rental functions
  • Preparing/Organizing rental inventory
  • Preparing/submitting rental quotes
  • Monitoring maintenance status and implementing a maintenance schedule.
  • Work closely with the Service Department to ensure that we are providing a clean, well-maintained cart.
  • Billing/Data entry
  • Customer Service
  • Consistent follow-up and follow-through are absolute requirements of this position.
  • Occasionally must be able to push up to 50 pounds.


  • Proficient computer skills with experience in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills: the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and strong attention to detail
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and a team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Rental Coordinator experience is a plus!

Consistent follow-up and follow-through, as well as accuracy, attention to detail at all times, and confidentiality, are absolute requirements of this position.
