The Curtin Team is looking to expand with a full time Relationship Manager for our Roswell office. This individual craves interactions with people by phone and sees the long-term picture of developing and nurturing client-centered relationships through calls, text, and email communications. In many cases, the Relationship Manager is the first interaction with the team so the ability to build strong rapport and qualify all leads is essential as well as having a regular follow-up system to stay in front of all past and potential business. It is the Relationship Manager’s responsibility to exceed our clients’ expectations through on-going communication that continues past the transaction. 

The capacity to make high volume outbound phone calls daily and stay positive, enthusiastic, and focused is the talent we are looking for. This person is responsible for converting ongoing relationships into listing appointments and buyers consultations for the front line agents. Our team works hard and plays hard so someone that fits our dynamic culture and team environment is vital.

Real estate experience not required but proven track record with inside sales in a similar role preferred. Must be enrolled in pre-licensed course by the time you start the position and pass the state exam within 60 days.  


  • Prospect outbound for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources / reviews, sign calls, and etc.
  • Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists – Maintain strong in-house relationships with agents
  • Input / Manage client lead databases
  • Conduct lead follow up nurture leads until appointments are set
  • Set weekly goals and be accountable to metrics.
  • Track all key business activities.
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Attend training and establish daily role-play partners.
  • Willing to be held accountable for goals results.
  • Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals.
  • Manage contact database system.
  • Manage 25+ new leads each week work existing leads to convert into buying/listing appointments.


  • Georgia Real Estate License or Enrolled in RE Class
  • Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.
  • Communicates effectively with clients, peers, superiors, and vendors in written and verbal form.
