We buy 20+ homes every month and we need QUALITY crews who can do great work and get it done Quickly. We pay fair prices, on time, every single time and we have for 15yrs and 5,000+ rehabs now. We also AVOID the ghetto junk areas that some like to focus on. Our homes are $100,000 - $250,000+ on average and always in safe/decent areas.
So what are we hiring for?
1 - Full Crews for a 100% complete interior and exterior rehab. Top to bottom. Cabinets, counters, paint, lighting, vanities, toilets, sinks, tubs, trim, case, base, int and ext doors, siding, windows, insulation, drywall and repair, tile, laminate, wood, banisters, appliances, HWH, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, run a new circuit for a light or door opener, landscaping, gutters, shutters, etc. All the basics of rehabbing a home. The more you can do, the better and the more work we'll have for you. We don't hire anyone that just paints, or just does tile. We expect our primary crews to be able to do 100% of a home aside from MAJOR mechanical.
2 - Tradesmen for electric, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, siding/soffit/gutters, windows, etc. All the big stuff, we have jobs for it all the time!
For both, we're looking for quality people only; that look the part, are professional, and run a business....not a hobby. We don't call in and pay for your Lowes orders for $180 for you. If you can't fund that until a draw phase...you won't be the right fit for us. We pay in direct accordance to how good your work is and how good you are at getting work finished without bothering us 8x per week. Our best crews take on a job, have a midpoint draw, and a final QC inspection and pay. We don't hear from them for many days at a time, just as it should be!

We are an investment company that buys and sells 200 homes per year, and we'll be expanding in 2019 while most other companies are slowing down due to a poor economy! We only buy quality homes. We expect high quality labor every single time. The only difference in a $150,000 home and a $350,000 home to us is the QUALITY of the material used. Otherwise, the labor quality is expected to be 100% the same.
Our office is small and informal. We're a team of 17 and growing daily! We wear whatever we want, whenever we want. Sometimes, we will dress up a bit for a client, but that's a very rare thing. Anytime you meet a client you will be professionally dressed. We take pride in our unique culture!
