As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and expanding our market presence within your assigned region. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities, and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to optimize sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build professional networks.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and team members.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with a virtual team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, sales tools, and other relevant technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation
$126,500 - $141,200 yearly
