Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of remote sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth within the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities, target key market segments, and develop relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a remote sales team.

- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

- Technologically proficient with experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Availability for occasional travel, as required.
Compensation
$118,500 - $127,300 yearly
