As a Remote Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of remote insurance sales agents within a specific region. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of remote insurance sales agents, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to maximize revenue growth and market penetration within your assigned region.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set performance targets, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with agents to identify potential clients, generate leads, and close sales, while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices, and ensure compliance with relevant insurance laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a remote sales team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members toward achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive sales performance.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong drive for success and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital communication tools, CRM software, and other sales management platforms.
- Active insurance license for the relevant state(s) is preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Compensation
$115,000 - $126,500 yearly
