Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of remote sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance coaching.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective lead management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry

Compensation
$114,500 - $126,500 yearly
