- Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
- Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
- Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
- 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
- Stays organized and manage time well
