Our growing management company operates Manufactured Home Communities in several states and is seeking additional high performers to grow with us! 

Our growing company is seeking an experienced manufactured home community management professional. Property problem solving and the ability to lead community managers in executing property business plans is your focus. We are working hard to grow our people into the best property managers they can be, and your role is going to be instrumental in doing this across the portfolio!

Our company is now completely remote, which provides freedom to live where you choose and work from home!

Compensation: $70,000/Annually

  • Responsible for correct coding and approval of payables
  • Adherence to budget
  • Review of monthly budget comparison financial reports and explanation of variances
  • Review/approve property level reports
  • Assisting in preparing annual budgets
  • Oversight of approval/denying new resident move-ins
  • Assisting community managers with home sales and lender approval
  • Involvement in site selection for infilling vacant lots
  • Order new home inventory to the communities
  • Approval/oversight of inventory home and common area renovations
  • Community manager support/training
  • Responsible for collection efforts and hitting target collection rate
  • Routine property inspections and file audits
  • Handling of basic legal matters
  • Problem solving escalated issues
  • Payroll review and approval
  • Advertising/interviewing/hiring/terminating staff
  • Assisting in the review and improvement of company processes and procedures


  • 5+ years of property management experience
  • Availability for regular travel
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in the manufactured housing industry
  • Experienced in utilizing technology to improve business operations
  • The ability to lead and train others while holding them accountable to execute
  • Ability and passion for providing epic customer service
  • Resourceful, with a ‘Whatever it takes’ attitude
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Have regard for the quality of your work
