We’re seeking a highly motivated sales representative who is looking to grow personally and professionally to assist us in developing business in the Real Estate Industry who is a hard worker, has a positive attitude, and is a team player.

The ideal candidate is a service-oriented people person that can build relationships, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your people skills and love for learning and execution to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! Sales experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
  • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
  • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
  • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals

Compensation
$56,000 - $67,000 yearly plus commission
