Work / Life balance! We work Monday to Thursday 10-hour days from 5 am to 3 pm and an occasional Friday. Evenings and weekends are yours to spend with your family or enjoy a hobby.
Get paid weekly! Competitive pay that starts between $16 per hour and $20 per hour that you get direct deposited more often.
Incentive Plan! Get paid $250 after your 90-day introductory period and another $250 after 6 months.

Time Off! Why wait a year for vacation time when you can start earning vacation pay on your first day of work? As soon as your 90-day introductory period is completed, it is available for you to use. We also get six paid holidays off.

- Safely work as a team to ensure efficient operation of rebuild line
- Build new pallets and recondition used pallets
- Use a forklift to load and unload trailers
- Understand quality, and customer requirements for the finished products
- Must provide proper identification to legally work in the United States
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent life experience
- Must be able to continuously lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus
- Prefer to have the ability to safely and knowledgeably operate a pneumatic nail gun, and basic hand tools
- Forklift Certification is a plus
