We are looking for a dynamic results-oriented recruiting/admin assistant who is willing to go above and beyond to support our team and clients! If so, we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will LOVE the idea of supporting candidates and clients through the hiring process. They will have no problem calling multiple people a day to find the perfect fit for a role! They will enjoy building relationships with others and finding the best fit, for both their clients and candidates. They will operate with integrity and has a can-do-will-do mindset to support the team members in whatever ways possible. The candidate should have a proven track record of production within tight deadlines. A background or some experience in Human Resources experience is preferred, but not required. They are detail-oriented, passionate, people-oriented individuals who operate with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Oversee online and print marketing efforts
  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
  • Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
  • Build rapport with clients and consult through our hiring process
  • Understand the hiring funnel
  • Create, approve, and post job ads to all funneling systems
  • Support recruiters and assist with daily tasks
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Conduct initial resumes and phone screenings
  • Organize files and track candidate progress
  • Provide 5-star customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
  • Utilize and research search engines, LinkedIn, Social Media platforms, ZipRecruiter, WizeHire
  • Provide progress reports to clients weekly

Qualifications

  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Detailed and results-oriented

  • Sense of urgency and time-sensitivity
  • Servant's heart to support other team members

  • College Degree and HR experience preferred

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000
