The marketing manager will play a critical role in developing a strategy for conveying Hunter Rowes’ brand to a specific target audience and plan marketing strategies that drive recruiting results by bringing new innovative methods to the hiring process that will attract top-producing real estate agents in the market to want to engage with our brand. This experienced marketing manager is someone who already has a broad knowledge and skills base in marketing but is ready to do something radically different. This marketing professional is ready for a new challenge and an exciting opportunity to build a career with an innovative, continuously growing company that has a big vision for our future. They must be a creative storyteller full of innovative ideas and knows (or quickly learns) how to reach and engage a very specific audience on a human level through multiple media communication channels, and then clearly articulate those ideas to their team for execution.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and brand strategy to attract high-producing real estate agents 
  • Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns through multiple formats—direct mail, email, social media, text, print advertising, video, etc.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign results
  • Oversee the company’s recruiting marketing team
  • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching our target audience
  • Create and implement strategies for building agent networking events and community events
  • Design and plan recruiting-specific events
  • Regularly update leadership and growth team about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Attend weekly meetings with leadership and report on recruiting marketing metrics and ensure they are on target with company goals
  • Work closely with the growth department to develop creative ways of addressing recruitment challenges
  • Research marketing, advertising, and recruiting trends of our competitors
  • Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels

Qualifications

  • Previous working experience in real estate recruitment marketing is preferred, but candidates with 1+ years of experience in recruiting marketing or advertising are also strongly encouraged to apply
  • In-depth knowledge of company branding strategies and recruitment marketing
  • Understanding the real estate recruitment processes preferred
  • Hands-on experience with writing, social media, graphic, and print design marketing 
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Excellent with both verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
