Overview:

The hiring entity is NextSource* and the position is for a local office of New York Life Insurance Company, a Fortune 100 Company.

The role of Recruiting Coordinator is designed to assist the Managing Partner in the sourcing, recruiting, and selection of new and experienced Life Insurance Agents, Registered Representatives, and Sales Managers. You will be responsible for the full cycle of the recruiting process. This is a key role inside a high-growth office.

  • CRM experience (Salesforce)
  • Develop a referral network to source warm recruiting leads on a monthly basis
  • Mine multiple resume databases to identify qualified candidates and scheduling screening interviews
  • Conduct monthly screening interviews and manage candidates through our 3-interview selection process
  • Conduct/Attend networking meetings monthly
  • Manage all incoming applications and schedule qualified candidates for screening interviews
  • Keep job postings refreshed on all sites
  • You will be recruiting for Insurance Agent/Registered Representatives/Sales Management Positions
  • Be up to date on current recruiting trends, tools, and technology

Responsibilities
  • Communicate all offers of employment and denials to job candidates in a timely and professional manner
  • Set up interviews with promising candidates and additional skills testing if necessary
  • Advise internal team on salary and wage terms and communicate negotiations with candidates
  • Write company job postings, making sure that they are readily available on public job boards as well as for current employees
  • Review resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration
Qualifications
  • Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must
  • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting
Compensation
$35,000 - $50,000
