Team Leader/Recruiter – Southern California

Keller Williams Realty, Glendale, is a well established and highly profitable office seeking a Team Leader/Recruiter to lead and grow the office in profitability, and in the number of licensed associates. The ideal candidate has a successful business background and is seeking growth and leadership opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Recruit productive agents seeking to grow their businesses. Increase the number of associates
  • Work closely with our Coach/trainer to increase productivity in the office
  • Oversee the hiring and the development of leadership in the staff. Hold staff accountable to high performance standards
  • Maintain a positive and energetic environment that both challenges associates to reaching their potential and also provides for a caring and supportive environment.


Qualifications

  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships and recruit effectively and consistently
  • Strong verbal, leadership and communication skills
  • Self-starter who is results oriented and a high achiever
  • Proven team building skills


Compensation
$5,000+ Bonuses
