We are looking for Internal Recruiters to join our HR department and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes.

This position is a base pay PLUS a generous retention commission on lasting recruits. Potential to earn $90K plus in your first year.

We are looking to expand our team here at Club Wealth with HUNGRY, HUMBLE, SMART, and FUN people and need Internal Recruiters to do this job. Join our HR department and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes.

Internal Recruiter responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, and advertising job openings through online job posting boards (i.e. Linked In, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms). To be successful in this role, you should have work experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates but be open to new ways of getting the right candidate in front of us.

Your main goal will be to help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience to grow the company and ensure retention continually improves.

As a Recruiter, you are building the team from our support staff on up. However, most of your time will be spent recruiting top-performing Sales agents of many kinds. Compensation:

  • $18 -$22 hourly Jr Recruiter or Salary for Sr Recruiter, DOE+Commission

MON-FRI. NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities

  • Call and communicate with candidates for a variety of positions within the company
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Facebook)
  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including video conferences, first-round, and second-round interviews
  • Strong communication with leadership throughout the company As well as collaboration with other recruiters to ensure understanding of expectations/qualification criteria of all positions.
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive onboarding experience that will ensure clear an outline of expectations and lead to stronger retention
  • Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
  • Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will be a strong communicator who is ready to spend the majority of their time speaking with candidates to uncover if they are a good fit for our company. This would be in terms of both their skill set and from a cultural perspective. We find our next great hire through traditional recruiting methods as well as cold calling and other means. What we are looking for is someone who is unafraid and can look at recruiting through a different lens to help us find the right person for each job.

  • Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar role
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field (desired but not required) OR at least 2 years experience recruiting in Real Estate, Inside Sales, or similar field

Compensation
$18 -$22 hourly DOE+Commission
