Recruiter - Strategic Growth Team

RE/MAX Northwest is a locally owned and operated company in the Pacific Northwest. Starting in 2000 with only 3 agents, RE/MAX Northwest has expanded in multiple markets and maintained its integrity and reputation of having some of the most successful, professional, and experienced real estate agents in the industry. We currently operate 20 offices in Washington and Oregon with a focus driven on the market expansion. 

We are looking for a Recruiter to add to our Strategic Growth Team. As the Recruiter, your role will be to drive our market expansion in the South Sound area (Tacoma/Olympia/Gig Harbor) while being directly responsible for driving net-new revenue. You will interact daily with real estate agents and work closely with the Strategic Growth Team. 

An ideal Recruiter will have experience in sales/recruitment, as well as, have a proven track record of success. You should be self-motivated as you will work independently often, but don’t worry – we will still bug you. Being professional, organized, and a positive attitude is a must. A sense of humor and the ability to be flexible is helpful!

Responsibilities

Recruiter Summary:

  • Bring new and experienced agents to RE/MAX Northwest by effectively selling the RE/MAX Northwest value proposition
  • Live up to our motto: “Work Hard. Be Nice” in all interactions and your work
  • Help agents understand why their business, and their clients, will benefit by moving to RE/MAX Northwest.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with productive real estate Brokers.
  • Generate new business opportunities to build our sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts
  • Create a maintain deliberate and innovative programs to recruit producing agents who are a good fit with our mission and culture.
  • Make recruit-to-hire decisions authoritatively and wisely.
  • Unlike other Enterprise Sales roles, in this role, you are dealing directly with decision-makers. Every agent is a salesperson, but also an independent business owner. You’ll work closely with prospective agents to assess the needs and challenges in their business, can help them embrace our solutions as the best way to grow their respective businesses.
  • This is a sales role with specific goals and systems to obtain those goals. You will measure leading and lagging indicators to measure progress and reach company goals.

Qualifications

Recruiter Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills possess a “can do” mentality, and can take initiative
  • Great listener, you understand the “why” and needs of clients
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Self-Starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Recruiter Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 annually (commission and bonused role)
