We're looking for an experienced recruiter who also has experience being a loan officer to help us source, evaluate, and place top talent who share our commitment to excellent customer service, and close deals. We will look to you to employ multiple methods and creative strategies to find the very best candidates for the job and seek out new clients to assist in refinances or home sales. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from start to finish and keep accurate and detailed communication records to build your candidate pipeline. You will also focus on growing your LO business with an opportunity to grow a team. Responsibilities
  • Direct the full-cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, qualification evaluation, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) for the direct hire of qualified candidates
  • Create a pipeline of strong relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with passive candidates and prospects that may be a match in the future
  • Maximize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, open houses, job fairs, job boards, and high volume cold calling
  • Strengthen candidate search opportunities with top talent sources, such as military sources, technical schools, colleges, networking groups, and service organizations
  • Keep pristine and detailed communication records in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications
  • Proficient with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools
  • Superb communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Current knowledge of recruitment best practices, human resource policies, EEO and affirmative action policies and guidelines

  • Sales experience
  • NMLS license
  • Recruiting experience
  • Lending experience

Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
