Our ideal recruiter candidate will be able to complete the entire recruiting process from start to finish with exceptional results. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for gathering and sourcing talent to source, attract, convert and hire new employees. In addition to implementing the recruiting process, you will also be a key source in identifying the hiring needs of the company and how to attract new candidates for many different positions available.

You will play an integral role in the overall growth of the company as you help to attract the best possible talent to our organization, and provide guidance on how they can attract and retain the best people for our business.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


  • Proven ability creating candidate pipelines and a proven track record of hiring success
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization; operating in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
  • Evaluate applicants by reviewing resumes; analyzing pre-screen answers; conducting phone screens; comparing assessment results to desired traits for the position; verifying references.
  • Maintain timely communications with candidates during the time frame in which they are being considered for an opportunity

Other Duties:

  • Answer phones
  • Assist in staffing day labor job orders
  • Assist in the dispatching of associates throughout the day
  • Greet and welcome visitors as they enter the building
  • Coordinate with all members of the team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications


  • Communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Target driven
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience with recruiting
  • Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
  • Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
  • Demonstrate excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc)

Compensation
$35,000 - $40,000 yearly
