In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating with qualified real estate agents to join our team. - Recruit, develop, and retain qualified agents
- Plan and monitor the daily operations of the brokerage
- Design and monitor employee performance objectives and metrics
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the efficiency and profitability of team activities
- Ensure team compliance with internal policies, company regulations, and government laws
- Oversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business
- Lead sales and business meetings
- Develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to stay competitive
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified real estate agents to join our brokerage firm
- 5+ years of experience in real estate preferred
- 3+ years of proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and other software related to the real estate recruiting process.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

$90,000 - $100,000 Base + Bonus Opportunity
