We are looking for a recruiter to manage the recruiting and onboarding for our expanding call center and support team. Previous experience in recruiting for a BPO, or call center company is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting process
- Ensure high standards are being met in the interview processes
- Manage the new employee onboarding process
Qualifications
- Must have 3 years of experience in recruiting
- Must have 3 years of experience in BPO, Call Center or Customer Support company
Compensation
$10,000 - $20,000 yearly
