First, a little about us; Restoration Network is a fast-growing, up-and-coming emergency water/fire, storm damage restoration, and rebuilding company that is currently seeking a Recruiter/ HR Coordinator to join our crew.

This is a full-time year-round position with awesome advancement opportunities. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. As a recruiting coordinator, you have a thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box and who finish projects in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements. The work is fun and dynamic.

  • Help build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job ads for their current openings
  • Identify current and future hiring needs

  • Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter
  • Previous experience recruiting for trades (Restoration, Construction) preferred
  • The ability to construct and implement recruiting strategies
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • A disciplined approach with high attention to detail, creativity, and innovation
  • Action oriented, problem-solving mindset and attitude
  • Professional demeanor on the phone and in-person
  • Outgoing, personable, strong ability to engage with others face to face
  • Self-starter who likes challenges
