This leadership role is like no other. The Director of Growth must have a keen business sense, polished interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. Focused on growth and culture, the Director of Growth assists the market center Team Leader in maintaining a high level of energy, a servant mindset and the ability to work alongside a leadership team.

Real Estate experience is a plus.

The candidate will be surrounded by a business/growth focused Agent Leadership Council, an Amazing Leadership Team including; CEO- Team Leader, CFO-Administrative Leader (MCA), Assistant MCA, Compliance Director/Broker, Associate Services Coordinator – Director of Agent Services, Education/Productivity- Director of Career Development, IT Manager and a great receptionist – Director of First Impressions. Responsibilities
  • Recruit non-licensee to become Real Estate agents
  • Recruit licensee to join forces with Keller Williams
  • Coach/consult agents on their business using the MREA 4 Business models (provided)
