Develop and Execute recruiting plans 

  • Lead and work with leadership team on recruiting, planning and strategy 
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need 
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting 
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates 
  • Develop and post opening in online venues, newspaper, professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues 
  • Make regular recruiting phone calls via a trackable reporting system and manage pipeline of potential candidates 
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees 
  • Communicate with team members regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidates 
  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates 
  • Locate and document where to find ideal candidates 
  • Establish a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally 
Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting so that the processes are transparent and measurable 
  • Among other potential recruiting and hiring measurements, collect data on cost-per-hire, time to hire, the impact of a continuous improvement process on cost savings, and the improvement of work processes in the time taken or steps involved
  • Additional measurements to consider are employee turnover rate, employee turnover cost, and preventable employee turnover
  • Consider additional measurements that aid you in continuous improvement, cost control, and hiring great people
• Retention of hired candidates 
  • Have regular check ins for new hires to ensure they are onboarding and experiencing a path to success 
• Client Care Extraordinaire on behalf of KCREE 
  • Create “Raving Fans/Super Champions” every day from our real estate clients 
  • Make sure the clients have all the info they need and the agent is on top of the transaction, 110% 
  • Be the “Personal Touch” to invite to our events or offer opportunities of value to the client on behalf of team 
  • Serves as the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints 
  • Owns weekly check-ins with clients on their way to closing to ensure a “World Class/Disneyland” experience 
  • Phone calls logged in IFS, notes logged and using our systems  


  • 70 recruiting conversations/week and 5 interviews per week 
  • Gross recruits / net recruits 
  • Recruiting process 100% followed  
  • World class experience for all clients – 100 calls per week to current and past clients 


  • Bachelor’s degree, required - Experience with recruiting, technical recruiting a plus
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills, good organizational abilities and calm under pressure  
  • A love for making phone calls, setting up recruiting appointments  
  • A passion for delivering amazing client care 
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Able to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to on-boarding
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Be self-motivated, self-starter and be driven to complete tasks and doesn’t need to be micro-managed 
  • Willing to be held accountable to measureables of success 
  • Experience using PC - Windows 10; Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word; Google Online: Docs, Sheets, Forms 
  • Typing Speed minimum of 50 WPM 

$40,000+ (base and commission)
