The Arc of Palm Beach County is growing, and we need experienced Support Providers to join our amazing team. 

This position provides in-home and center community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Palm Beach County, ensuring their safety, development, growth, skill achievement, and general well-being. 

As a partner, ambassador, advocate, and direct service professional for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities you are able to be a part of an individual’s journey in achieving personal milestones and supporting them in new growth opportunities.

Recreation and Respite positions are available.

• Assist in all activities of daily living.

• Provide recreational activities.

• Ensure safety during special events. 

• High school diploma or GED required. 
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a supervised children’s program.
• Maintain a current Florida Driver’s License and state minimum requirements for auto insurance.
