The Records Manager has the opportunity to secure each client’s legacy by:

  • Providing excellent client communication in person, by phone, and by email
  • Maintaining client files and records
  • Assisting in the development of the records department
  • Supervising and overseeing the work of records clerks and
  • Managing client document requests

The incumbent must possess integrity, perseverance, and attention to detail. A successful Records Manager at McCullough Law is humble and willing to learn, patient, organized, versatile, accountable, and proactive. As this position will require exactness, it is critical that applicants possess integrity, high standards of excellence, and keen observation.

Compensation: $36,000 - 48,000 yearly *DOE; Paid time off and paid holidays;

Responsibilities

  • Respond to document requests in a timely manner
  • Contribute to process and document improvement
  • Review documents to ensure they meet with the elevated service we provide
  • Critically think to ensure the goals and objectives of the client’s plan and the attorney’s recommendations are met
  • Organize files
  • Maintain and audit records
  • Gather records from clients to ensure that all files are complete and accurate

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years of professional office or records experience required
  • 2 years of leadership experience preferred
  • Attentive to detail
  • Exceptional written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organization skills
  • Curious problem solver with analytical skills
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines on multiple projects at a time
  • Accepts and implements feedback
  • Collaborates and owns their contributions to the team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word

Compensation
$36,000 - $48,000 yearly DOE
