Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties is looking for a full time Office Administrator for its Mt Diablo, Walnut Creek office. Candidates must have exceptional customer service skills, be friendly, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Real estate experience preferable but not required. We are looking for a resourceful self-starter who can handle multiple tasks and will do what it takes to get the job done.

  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skill-sets
  • Manage website, blog sites and social media to improve company recognition
  • Make sure any upcoming challenges are met by communicating them to the team
  • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services to improve company visibility
  • Create and maintain protocols for data management and support to increase team productivity
  • On-boarding of new agents
  • Should be empathetic to customer issues and strive to improve relationships
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly and with discretion
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Time management is important; complete changing tasks on a day to day basis with little supervision
$18 - $22 hourly
