You’ll act as the first point of contact for our company, answer phone calls, assist our prospects and residents, handle mail and deliveries, and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
  • Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
  • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information

  • Assist residents with taking rental payment and ledger questions.
  • Keep office supply inventory and orders supplies accordingly.
  • Assist residents with filling out Promise to Pays. 
  • Clear voice mail and check emails- forward to the right property manager or department.
  • Enter maintenance work orders from phone call, emails, voicemails and walk in resident traffic.
  • Complete Dispo letters when required by date.
  • Manage Keys – check-in and out process.
  • Keep front area office clean.
  • Other tasks as assigned by regional manager.

Qualifications
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills

  • 3 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist or similar position preferred.
  • Experience in the property management industry is preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word and PowerPoint
  • Yardi/Appfolio Experience is desired, Voyager CRM
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Excellent Customer Relations Skills
  • Knows how to dictate the flow of a conversation
  • Ability to handle fast pace environment 
  • Lots of commotion, phone calls, and emails, applicant can't easily be overwhelmed.

$16 - $18 hourly
