We are so excited to announce that our Team is continuing to grow! We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our Team! This is a full-time position. We are now hiring for both our Rolla and St. Robert offices.

Requirements

  • Own transportation and willing to use for work
  • Willing to use own cell phone for work
  • Able to work at a desk efficiently for extended periods of time
  • High School diploma/ equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Our Team is seeking a self-starter with an exceptional eye for detail to support daily operations by performing many administrative tasks. This requires an individual with strong time-management skills who can prioritize projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

  • Assertive professional, diplomatic, able to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks

  • Strong computer skills - desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile phone operation
  • Must possess excellent written and oral grammar and writing ability
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize online software applications such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, CRM Database, Facebook, etc.
  • Proper telephone usage, faxing, scanning, copying, filing
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Reliable and dependable

Compensation
$10 - $12 hourly
