ChefSuite is an innovative pick-up and delivery-only ghost kitchen operator. Our business model allows chefs to focus on cooking while we provide the logistics and support to maximize their revenue. ChefSuite aims to fuel the entrepreneurial spirit and support restaurateurs by providing the tools to run their businesses at lower costs, reduced risks, and better margins. Our company was founded in response to the pandemic, as food delivery has become a booming part of the restaurant industry.
ChefSuite is looking to add a Receptionist to our team, who will be working at our location in Richmond, VA. The Receptionist must embody the spirit of ChefSuite and instill it in others. The Receptionist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Track the status of orders that are being prepared
- Hand off completed orders to 3rd Party App delivery drivers (UberEats etc.)
- Lead our staff food fulfillment team who will be responsible for bringing completed orders from our suites to the front-of-house
- Coordinate shift hours and offer training
- Ability to place food orders on shelves and carry bags weighing up to 10lbs
- Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
- Stay up to date on local food trends
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Has both restaurant and sales experience
- Excellent customer service etiquette
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate about food
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to use a computer and/or iPad
- Problem-solving abilities to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues
This person will report to the RVA Property Manager. A general understanding of food delivery apps (UberEats, GrubHub, DoorDash, etc.) is necessary for basic job functions. We offer a laid-back, diverse culture, encouraging collaboration and openness/transparency.
High School Diploma required

Compensation
$16 - $18 hourly
